Tony Lind - Owner:  Tony has been in the paving industry since 1980, building a reputation for quality workmanship, honesty, and dependable service. As the owner, he remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the business and believes in leading by example.

Whether he's providing estimates, operating the paver, or working alongside the crew in the field, Tony is committed to ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards. His decades of hands-on experience and dedication to customer satisfaction are the foundation of the company and the reason so many customers continue to trust us with their paving needs.

Paul Grayson - Estimator/Superintendent: Paul has been a part of the TLP team for 19 years, and he has been working in the paving industry since 1999. Paul is dedicated to providing accurate and detailed project estimates for every customer. From residential driveways to large commercial paving projects, he carefully assesses each site, evaluates project requirements, and develops customized solutions that align with our customers' goals and budget. He works closely with customers to answer questions, explain recommendations, and provide clear expectations throughout the estimating process.

Kacey Kranz - Office Manager: Kacey has been a member of the team since 2021 and is the organizational backbone of our company. As one of the first points of contact, they help coordinate communication between clients, estimators, project managers, and field crews, ensuring every project moves efficiently. From managing project documentation to handling billing, contracts, and customer support, Kacey keeps every detail organized and on track.

Ryan Palmer -  Operations Manager: Ryan ensures every paving project runs efficiently from start to finish. They oversee scheduling, coordinate crews and equipment, manage project timelines, and maintain clear communication between our team and our customers. With over 25+ years of experience in the paving industry, Ryan brings extensive knowledge of asphalt paving, project coordination, and field operations.

Patrick McBride - Project Manager: Pat plays a key role in helping customers bring their paving projects to life by providing accurate estimates, developing competitive bids, and coordinating project planning from the very beginning. Working closely with homeowners, business owners, contractors, and municipalities, they evaluate each project's scope and recommend solutions that fit the client's needs and budget.
